What is the importance of charting in midwifery care?
This course includes a play by play of medical terminology and charting for the community setting. We go over charting theory, defensive charting, plus all the basics. We go over real charts to see where the holes are and how we can fix them. This course is part of our Maternal Health Specialist Program. |

This 10-week class will cover the medical terminology and charting from pregnancy through postpartum.
