Owning your own business is empowering, but I won't sugar coat it; it is also a risk. There is no one true path to becoming an entrepreneur. It is a learning curve for most people. Starting a small business is a big decision, but with the right amount of gusto you can build and live a life with less stress, more freedom and a bigger impact.

While many successful business owners have obtain success without one the majority of people who fail in their business did not have a solid plan in place. Some of you may be panicking a bit at the thought, but a business plan does not have to be complicated. You can be as detailed as you want in your business plan. The more you get out of your head and onto paper the more likely you are to see if your business ideas are feasible.
